CURRENT FEES

All shareholders pay an "Annual Base Rate" at the beginning of the irrigation season. The payment of this base amount gives you a water allotment based on the size and irrigated acres of your property.

Please be aware that if you exceed your allotment before the end of the season, your water supply may be terminated. At the conclusion of the season, we will conduct a reconciliation to determine if you've exceeded your annual allotment. Shareholders who exceed their allotment will incur an overage fee for each 1,000 gallons consumed in excess. Per the chart below.

New shareholders who join MGSWC will pay a $1,500 Improvement fee and a $2,000 connection fee when they are applying for a building permit with Morgan County.
