- New Landscaping installation is prohibited between June 15 and September 1 annually.
- Installation of the green irrigation box, filter and shut-off valve is the responsibility of the owner.

Lots within the Cottonwoods and Rollins Ranch have secondary water stubbed to the lot. The secondary water services are typically on the property line. Here is a diagram showing a typical connection.
The purple lines, identified as Irr. service and Curb are installed by the developer and exist on each lot. If these lines are damaged during the construction of your home, you will need to repair them before you can receive service. The new home owner is required to install a green irrigation box with a turn off valve and a filter. After these items are installed please contact the us for an inspection. After our water master verify the installation of the box, valve and filter we will turn on the irrigation service. |
